Walks In Nature:
Wherever possible we love to slow down and to enter into communion with the nurturing of Mother nature. Like any great teacher, when nature calls we should always be prepared to respond. Grounding by walking barefoot on the earth, energising by forest bathing or being invigorated by dipping in a lake or a stream.
Inspiring Films:
Great movies always carry deeply profound inspirational lessons that can stay with us for the rest of our lives. After a day of discovery, what better way to sit back, relax and continue to learn than by engaging fully in the contents of a highly recommended film or documentary.
Being Still:
Being still is an art that requires a profound focus of attention which does not come naturally to most of us. Through commitment to specific practices the agitation finally drains from our awareness, so that we are left in a natural, balanced and harmonious state of being still.
